Thirty teams from nineteen schools competed in the match, including three teams from the Georgia Tech Bridge Club. The Georgia Tech Gold team won one of the travel packages that were awarded in this round. The awards, sponsored by the ACBL Foundation, cover a team’s travel and lodging expenses to play in the Bridge Bowl finals at the summer NABC in Montreal. This is the fourth year in a row in which a Georgia Tech team will play in the Bridge Bowl finals.
