The 2016 World Youth Teams Championships were held in Salsomaggiore Terme from 3rd – 13th August 2016 The Championships comprised four World Championship events: the Jaime Ortiz-Patiño Trophy for Junior Teams, the José Damiani Cup for Youngsters Teams, the Gianarrigo Rona Trophy forGirls Teams and the Koç University Trophy for Kids Teams These events were played at Palazzo dei Congressi, Salsomaggiore Terme, Italy, from 3rd – 13th August 2016. Play will start on Thursday 4th August. The Closing Ceremony was on Saturday 13th August Each player in the Juniors & Girls Series was born on or after 1st January 1991, those in the Youngsters Series were born on or after 1st January 1996, and those in the Kids Series were born on or after 1st January 2001.
