Youth ACBL
Hundreds of students will gather this summer in Toronto to compete in the annual Youth North American Bridge Championships. From pair events to team events, players 19 and younger will play for fun, trophies and scholarships.
Players of all skill levels are welcome, with special events for those new to or just learning the game, and scholarship opportunities for more serious players. Click for a complete

If you are a US Citizen, don’t forget you’ll need a passport! Be sure to apply in plenty of time! For helpful information on obtaining a U.S. passport, visit the
U.S. Department of State website.
Entry Fee/Eligibility
Free to ACBL members 19 years of age and younger with less than 5000 ACBL masterpoints (or equivalent) as of June 15, 2017. Junior memberships are only $5 and you must be a member to participate.

Registration
After June 15, participants may still register online or on site in Toronto, but welcome bags and T-shirts are not guaranteed.

Liability Waiver and
Minor Consent/Publicity Release form must be completed, signed and submitted for each minor attending the Youth NABC.

2017 Youth NABC Scholarships provided by:
Baron Barclay National Youth Open Pairs Scholarship
A
$2,000 college scholarship provided by
Baron Barclay is awarded to the winners of the National Youth Open Pairs. (Award is divided equally between the pair. Eligible through age 19).
Double Dummy National Youth Swiss Team Scholarship
A
$4,000 college scholarship is awarded to the winners of the National Youth Swiss Teams by a new sponsor this year,
Double Dummy, A Film About Bridge. (Award is divided equally between the team. Eligible through age 19).
$1,000 Master Point Press Youth Sportsmanship Award
A
$1,000 college scholarship provided by
Master Point Press is awarded to the winner. The Sportsmanship award is determined by a peer vote based on fairness, self control, respect and courtesy. The winner of the Sportsmanship Award will be a person who plays to ensure that everyone enjoys the game and the experience of playing and meeting other students who share a passion for bridge. (Eligible through age 19).
