For the Girls, Shanghai Chenyi finished the first session with 36-52, and lost another 12 IMPs in the second set, and could only draw in the third set with 32-33, so in overall, Indonesia defeated Shanghai Chenyi 139-110 IMPs. In the Youngster, China edged Japan 165-81 IMPs. For the Kids, with 16 boards played at the first round, SX Mars had such a huge lead 68.67-18 and SX Venus was unable to make up so the C.W. Pisessith Cup is given to SX Mars (China). There was also another completion of the APBF Youth IMP Pairs yesterday which saw the pair from Thailand, Sahasan Leevorawat/Sararut Pranonsatid winning the gold, ahead of Vinci Wan/Sam Tseng (China Hong Kong) for the silver, and bronze went to Chinese Taipei, Li Shuo/Lin Chien-Ya.
