I need a bit information about their system . they might have agreement of bidding strength with Diamond fit – that would change my thought).
In case that 3is just showing strength I would bid 3NT . if 3is a fit Diamond + strength then there is reason for bidding 4cue bid looking for slam in diamond or

Slam being cold requires an excellent hand from partner, along the lines of Axxx xxxx Qx AQx. However, this hand-type is not what I would expect from partner. Most notably, A is not partner’s most likely spade holding, and 3 clubs are not suggested.

is control asking (in Diamonds) i go for it since you can play either 6, or 4NT. If not I believe 4is better as a cue and if pd is interested and cooperates with a cue you can use RKCB, if he is not he can signoff in 4NT.
